hey?...i didnt get one of those (sexy woman in pink dress) when I was sworn in yesterday...maybe you had to pay extra for one of those!

UPDATE: WOW!...what an ordeal!......there were 121 of us sworn in as US citizens yesterday.....about 3/4 of the people were either from russia or bosnia.....many people were actually "crying" for joy......as excited as Im am to now be a US citizen...having come from canada (basically the same kind of country as the US) I wasnt anywhere near as emotional (but just as proud!) as some of these people. I can only imagine the horrible situation they must have escaped from (bosnia, Iraq,etc)......took about an hour to go through the ceremony.....

Hey Kim, I didn't read this entire thread, but I hope someone already got that the 15th, 19th and 26th amendments refer to a right to vote and the sense of prohibiting voting discrimination based on one's race, sex, or age.
